Naat: “poetry in a praise of Prophet Muhammad (Sallallahou Alayhe Wasallam) peace be upon him”
The Messenger of Allah is unprecedented
The most beautiful the most elegant, Allah Allah
Flowers have the scent of His fragrance which is pleasant then mushq’e adf’r
And His fragrance is eternal, Allah Allah
His countenance is brighter than the glory of light
Even full moon can never be so bright as His glorious face, Allah Allah
He was honoured to see His Lord face to face
The Most Just was unveiled before Him, Allah Allah
His eternal light is brightening the deserts and the oceans
As full moon brightens the dark night, Allah Allah
This whole universe is just created for you
The day the evening, the veil of night and the sunshine, Allah Allah
Neither the ephemeral nor the eternal world nor the paradise I want
But a dream of meeting you again and again, Allah Allah
My wish is that, my desire is that
To put my head on your feet, Allah Allah
When I say your name oh Muhammad (peace be upon him) beloved of Allah
I lost in trance as I cannot remain in my worldly conscious, Allah Allah
الَّھُمَّ صَلي علي مُحَمَّدٍ وَعَلي آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ کَماَ صَلَّيتَ عَلي اِبْرَاھِيمَ وَعَلي آلِ اِبْرَاھِيمَ اِنَّکَ حَمِيدُ مَجِيد
اَلَّھُمَّ بَارِک عَلي مُحَمَّدٍ وَّعَلي آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ کَمَا بَارَکتَ عَلي اِبرَا ھِيمَ وَعَلي آلِ اِبرَاھِيمَ اِنّکَ حَمِيدُ مَّجِيد
O Allah! Shower blessings upon Muhammad (S.A.W)
and on the family of Muhammad (S.A.W)
as you showered blessings upon Ibrahim (A.S)
and on the family of Ibrahim (A.S)…
Surely, You are the Praiseworthy, Glorious.
O Allah! Bestow favours upon Muhammad(S.A.W)
and on the family of Muhammad (S.A.W)
as You bestowed favours on Ibrahim (A.S)
and on the family of Ibrahim (A.S)…
Surely, You are the Praiseworthy, Glorious.
