It’s a famous poem, “Qasida e Muhammadiyayh” by 13th century Sufi poet,”Imam al Busayri(Busri) who had also composed the famous “Qasida Burda shareef”
Translation is easily available on internet that I used here 😊
I have just lately heard this qasida muhammadiya for the first time. Masha Allah
Subhan Allah kaisa hunar diya Allah Taala ne Imam Busri Rahimahullah ko ke unhon ne ye alfaaz likhe jise duniya is zamaane se lekar aaj tak dohraati hai. Nihaayat Khoobsurat.

Most of the naat poetry is centuries old.
It’s strange to know that you didn’t know about this poetry. Because it’s sung in almost all Muslim countries. People might not know about the poet, but they are well familiar with the poetry.
Almost half of the present day poetry, sung, is the translated version of original Arabic and Persian poetry.
